How we approach setup

Before we start

We agree priorities and the first useful outcome. That is what the first session is designed to deliver.

The 4 hours with you

Two 2 hour sessions. Our preparation and configuration are not counted in those hours.

If we underestimated the agreed work

We complete what was agreed. New requests: within maintenance if in scope, or a separate proposal agreed in advance.

When the monthly service starts

Only if you choose maintenance. The first service month starts after setup is operational. Payment at the start of that month.

Maintenance: what is included

A 90 min session per leader, development of agreed use cases and WhatsApp for questions and small adjustments. Extra implementation work: a proposal before proceeding.

Also available: strategy and execution

Leadership vision and alignment through a separate proposal. Bots can use your existing vision and reports. Not included in monthly maintenance.
