Mike has over 20 years of experience working alongside CEOs and leadership teams to fix execution at scale.
He specialises in implementing OKRs as a real operating system, installing weekly rhythms, clear ownership and accountability structures that reduce dependency on the CEO and make execution predictable.
Vikas Bhambri
Vikas brings more than 25 years of experience across technology, revenue and go-to-market leadership.
He works with leadership teams to implement execution discipline across revenue and GTM, fully integrated into SV’s execution system.
His focus is on aligning growth priorities with clear ownership, rhythm and accountability at leadership level.
Lisette Fabian
Lisette is a senior operator with over 20 years of experience leading teams and scaling organisations.
She works with leadership teams to strengthen leadership execution, decision-making and organisational stability during growth, transition and structural change.
Her work is embedded in SV’s execution model as execution scales in complexity.

Maria Menezes
Maria Menezes is a Co-Founder at SV Execution Partners, bringing a global and cross-functional view of the business. She supports alignment across teams, coordination of initiatives, and sustained focus on strategic objectives and financial discipline.
Alongside her role at SV, Maria leads a dedicated leadership program focused on women in leadership roles. Her work supports leaders in scaling their businesses with confidence, balance and purpose, combining execution discipline with structured leadership development.
At present, Maria is on maternity leave.
