How We Work
SV works with Managing Directors and leadership teams through four connected engagements that turn strategic direction into clear priorities, accountable ownership and a practical operating rhythm.
Begin with one focused Blueprint or continue through team alignment, a 90-day execution cadence and quarterly support. Each level builds on the work already completed and strengthens the organisation's ability to deliver with greater independence.
Our Execution Blueprint Method
Every engagement begins with the same logic.
We define a specific future business scene in which the strategic direction has become visible in the way the business operates, competes and delivers.
From there, we work backwards to identify the conditions that must become true, the sequence in which they need to happen and the dependencies that connect them.
Each critical condition is then tested against ownership and risk before the work reaches its first leadership commitment.
Future Scene → Entry Conditions → Sequence → Ownership & Risk → First Commitment
The Blueprint makes the path visible. The Strategy Execution Ladder shows how it is developed and carried into the organisation.
The Strategy Execution Ladder
Enter where the organisation needs greater clarity. Each level produces a concrete output and expands the work into the next layer of the business.
When a client progresses, the previous engagement is credited in full towards the next.
Enterprise Managing Director · One Working Morning · On Site
Give the business mandate a clear execution direction.
A focused working morning centred on the business you have been appointed to lead and the change you are expected to deliver.
We define a specific future business scene and work backwards through the conditions required to make it possible. Those conditions are tested against sequence, ownership, dependencies and risk before identifying the first decisions and commitments that must enter the calendar.
You leave with
One-Page Managing Director Execution Blueprint · Delivered Within 48 Hours
A complex leadership responsibility becomes a clear and structured execution path.
Leadership Team Up To 8 · One Full Day · On Site
Create one execution agenda across the leadership team.
A strategy can appear aligned while each leader is still working towards a different interpretation of the future.
During one full working day, those differences are made visible, cross-functional collisions are addressed and the team agrees on one shared direction.
The work then moves into priorities, trade-offs, dependencies and decision rights. Every critical condition leaves the room with a named owner, an agreed date and a clear commitment.
The team leaves with
The Managing Director Blueprint becomes the starting point for this engagement and is credited in full towards it.
Aligned Leadership Team Blueprint · Delivered Within One Week
The strategy becomes a shared leadership responsibility instead of a collection of functional agendas.
90-Day Execution Cycle · Fortnightly Leadership Cadence
Turn strategic priorities into a working execution rhythm.
The conditions established in the Blueprint are translated into a focused 90-day architecture connected to a defined business result.
Business-linked OKRs make the priorities measurable. Clear owners, decision rights and visible dependencies show how the work must move across the organisation.
SV facilitates the cadence during the first cycle, helping the leadership team review progress, strengthen the Key Results and resolve blockers with the relevant owners present.
The rhythm is adapted to the operating reality of the business and becomes part of the way the leadership team allocates attention, makes decisions and protects strategic work throughout the quarter.
What is implemented
Business-Linked OKR Architecture · 90-Day Execution Cycle · Fortnightly Leadership Rhythm
Strategic work remains visible, measurable and active throughout the quarter.
Quarterly Continuity · Recurring · No Long-Term Lock-In
Keep the system effective as the business evolves.
Priorities change, new risks emerge and the quality of an execution rhythm can decline once the initial attention begins to fade.
SV remains alongside the leadership team from one cycle to the next, reviewing progress, renewing the execution architecture and strengthening the areas where ownership, decision rights or cadence still require support.
Our involvement reduces as the leadership team becomes capable of running, challenging and adapting the system internally.
Each quarter includes
Quarterly Execution Review · Renewed 90-Day Architecture · Continued Transfer To The Internal Team
The partnership succeeds when the leadership team no longer needs it.
Leader clarity. Team alignment. Execution rhythm. Organisational capability.
Why SV Execution Partners
Led by Miguel Dias, SV brings more than 20 years of experience working alongside CEOs, Managing Directors and leadership teams when strategic direction must become coordinated execution across functions, markets and decision layers.
We combine senior involvement, a clearly defined scope and practical implementation inside the real operating rhythm of the business.
Every engagement is led by experienced practitioners who understand the pressure carried by leaders with responsibility for the business result. The senior team remains involved from the initial Blueprint through implementation and transfer.
The work begins with the company, market, group direction and result the leadership team is accountable for delivering. Each engagement has a defined scope, a concrete business priority and a clear output.
Where OKRs are used, they are linked directly to business outcomes, ownership and the decisions required to move the priority forward. They form part of a wider execution system alongside decision rights, dependencies, leadership cadence and measurable progress.
The work continues beyond the initial session. SV supports the first meetings, reviews progress, helps owners address blockers and adapts the system to the reality of the organisation.
Strategic priorities rarely belong to one department. We make dependencies visible, clarify where decisions sit and bring the relevant leaders together before unresolved issues become delays.
The leadership team is involved in building and operating the system from the beginning. As internal ownership and execution discipline strengthen, the role of SV progressively reduces.
Clients can begin with one focused engagement or progress through the full execution path. Quarterly support continues only for as long as it adds value, without long-term lock-in.
The advantage for the business
The leadership team understands what deserves attention now and what can wait.
Risks, functional collisions and dependencies surface before they become missed commitments.
The right conversations happen with the people who have the authority to move the work forward.
Execution becomes distributed across the leadership team instead of repeatedly returning to the Managing Director.
The Managing Director spends less time reconnecting functions and more time leading the market, the organisation and its future direction.
The operating rhythm remains useful after SV steps out because the leadership team has learned to run and adapt it internally.

Proven In The Leadership Room
The strongest evidence is a leadership team that continues to make decisions, resolve dependencies and sustain progress as external support begins to reduce.
"I would highly recommend SV for any company that wants to get in control of their OKRs or build an OKR structure. Mike Dias and the SV team were incremental in the build up of both the structure as well as running the cadences until the team was ready to take over. In the process, Mike Dias served as sounding board to both me as CEO as well to all members of the management team."
"It has been my pleasure and a deeply transformative experience to work with Mike Dias and his team at SV. Our entire organization has changed structure, direction, and focus to help us achieve effective execution with a tailor made OKR system. Mike is precise and exacting in his feedback, balancing the delivery of critical and brutally honest advice with steadfast promotion and emotional intelligence."
"Mike helped us set the direction from 2022 to 2026, he was instrumental in helping the team understand what was a priority now and later. Mike and I have had a fantastic collaboration. Even after the project, Mike stays in touch with a lot of the business and still helps out. I think there is a mutual interest, Mike was inspired by the business and the business continues to be inspired by Mike."
"Mike and the SV team has expertly guided the Zensai's executive team and leadership groups in our departments on how to better leverage the Objectives and Key Results framework (OKR). We used the OKRs to decompose the strategic steps we need to take across our organization, to effectively move us towards our big strategic ambition. Mike is a good, empathic and pragmatic operator who combines solid knowledge of the OKR framework with experience from working with many SaaS businesses. He is good at spotting the areas for improvement on each individual leader's level, and very clear and direct in how we can establish clarity of vision and world class execution. I can recommend SV for both OKR executive group leadership coaching as well as OKR coaching on an individual leader level."
"Working with SV has been a game-changer. After over 20 meetings, their insights have been invaluable in navigating the challenges of running my 60+ employee company. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to level up their business and implement OKRs."
"SV provides strategic guidance and thoughtful feedback that helps leaders sharpen decision-making, enhance team dynamics, and drive accountability by leveraging the power of OKRs. Their insights are invaluable for any leadership team seeking clarity and structure. Being coached by Mike over the past six months has been a transformative experience for our senior leadership team. His transparent and open approach, coupled with his ability to address challenges head-on, fostered honest and constructive discussions that elevated our collaboration."
"Working with Mike has always been a motivating experience. His ability to bring clarity into complex situations and turn strategic vision into concrete execution makes him a highly trusted partner for any leader driving growth. The Mid-Market Mastery reflects both his practical wisdom and his people-focused leadership - a must-read for leaders who want to scale sustainably while keeping people at the center."
