That's the limit. We don't delegate this to junior consultants and we don't run them on autopilot. Each session is 30 focused minutes of Mike's time, working live on your OKRs. When the month fills, we close booking until the next.

Is this really free?

Yes. No credit card, no trial, no hidden cost. The session, the recording, the recap email and the follow-up doc are all included. We make money when leadership teams hire us to implement the system across the company. This session is how some of them decide to.

Will you try to sell me something?

Honestly: only if it makes sense. No slide deck, no pre-built pitch. If at the end of the 30–45 minutes it's clear we can help you implement this across your full team, we'll mention it. If not, you walk away with what we built. No follow-up sequence designed to wear you down.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Helpful but not required. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. Reply with your current OKRs (if you have them) or 3 lines describing your situation. If you don't send anything, we'll open the session blank and build from scratch together.

What if my OKRs are a mess, or we don't have them at all?

Both are normal. Most of the leaders who book this session fall into one of two camps: tried OKRs and they faded, or never implemented them. The session works for both. We start where you are.

Can my CFO / COO / co-founder join?

Yes, encouraged. The OKRs we draft will be stronger if at least one Key Result owner is in the room. Forward the calendar invite or add their email when booking.

Is 30–45 minutes really enough to fix our OKRs?

Not enough to fix everything. Enough to start properly. The session gives you a defendable Company Objective, 2–3 Key Results with owners, and a Monday rhythm scheduled. That's the foundation. The real implementation work — refining KRs, training the leadership team to run the rhythm, embedding the system across the organisation — happens after. If your situation is more complex (multi-region, multi-business unit), we'll talk at the end about what a deeper engagement looks like.
