This is one of the most boring conversations in business — and the most expensive to keep avoiding.

If your OKRs died after three weeks, if every decision still flows back to you, or if your weekly meetings feel like status reports without real progress — this course is built for your reality. No theory, no jargon, no slides. Just a system you can run with your leadership team next Monday.

The diagnosis

Strategy isn't your problem.
Weekly execution is.

Most Nordic CEOs already have a strong strategy, smart people, and good intentions. What they lack is the connective tissue between vision and Monday morning.

Symptom one

OKRs turn into task lists.

Two weeks in, they read like project milestones. "Launch campaign X." "Ship feature Y." You hit every task and still miss the business outcome.

Symptom two

Every decision flows back to you.

When priorities conflict, the leadership team waits. The CEO becomes the referee, the bottleneck, and the operating system of the business.

Symptom three

Weekly meetings are status reports.

"Here is what I did. Here is what I am working on next." Nothing got decided. No blocker surfaced. Next week looks identical to last week.

By next Monday

What your leadership team will actually have.

Not theory. Not principles. The four artefacts that turn this from a course you watched into a system your team runs every week.

Artefact 01
One Company Objective for the quarter — specific enough to guide decisions, broad enough to let your team find the path.
Artefact 02
Two to three Key Results with named owners — leading indicators that move every week, with escalation paths defined.
Artefact 03
A 15-minute weekly OKR check-in — already in your team's calendar for the next three weeks, with the three-step agenda.
Artefact 04
The completed OKR Execution Worksheet — a single document your leadership team can return to every week to see where the quarter is going.

Recognise yourself in one of these? The system that fixes all three is 60 minutes away.

What's inside

Five modules. One running system at the end.

Each module is short, specific, and ends with applied work. By the time you finish, your leadership team will have a quarterly Company Objective, two to three Key Results with real ownership, and a 15-minute weekly rhythm — all documented in the worksheet.

01

Identify where your execution system is breaking today

Why 90% of OKR implementations collapse, what an execution system actually is, the three structural signals that tell you the system is not there yet, and the cascade from three-year vision to quarterly focus. Includes an Execution Scan exercise.

02

Define one Company Objective for the quarter

Why one objective protects clarity and forces real trade-offs. The difference between a theme and a real Objective, with examples. A working session: each leader writes three versions, the team converges on one.

03

Design 2–3 Key Results with clear ownership

Key Results are leading indicators, not tasks. The 4-part test for a strong Key Result: measurable weekly, leading indicator, one owner, ambitious but credible. Each leader drafts one they will own.

04

Implement a 15-minute weekly OKR rhythm

The rhythm that keeps OKRs alive past week three. A three-step agenda: review Key Results, surface blockers, adjust for next week. The four non-negotiable rules. Block your first three weeks in the calendar before you close the video.

When it makes sense to work with us

The three patterns that signal you need a formal Execution Operating Model. Two paths forward — implement this yourself, or work with us in an OKR building session.

Five modules. One worksheet. A running system by week one.

Honest answers

The questions most CEOs ask before signing up.

Short answers. Nothing dressed up.

It's really free. No payment, no card, no trial. The catch — if you want to call it that — is that we're sharing the system in the hope that some leadership teams will reach a point where they want help implementing it across multiple teams or geographies. If you never do, you still keep the system.

The course is under 60 minutes. The applied work with your leadership team is two to three hours, spread over the first week. From signing up to having a running execution system: 21 days.

Because most OKR implementations fail at the same point: they treat OKRs as a planning exercise instead of a weekly execution rhythm. This course skips the planning theatre and focuses on the rhythm that keeps the system alive past week three. Module 4 is specifically about that.

The course is built for the CEO of a B2B company between 50 and 500 people in the Nordics. But COOs, Chiefs of Staff, and Heads of Operations get value from it too — especially if they're the ones running execution while the CEO focuses elsewhere.

The lightweight system in this course works up to around 500 people. Beyond that, you start to need a formal Execution Operating Model. Module 5 explains when you cross that threshold.

No. You'll get one email with the course access. After that, no automated sequence unless you ask to be included.

Yes, and we encourage it. The course is most useful when watched together with your leadership team — the exercises in Modules 2, 3 and 4 are explicitly designed as team sessions.
